What we collect
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, organisation, role, work email, phone number if you give it, and the message you write. The form is delivered to us by email through a form-handling service; the service processes the submission on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to arrange a systems review or a demonstration. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and on your consent where you ask us to contact you.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation you started is active, and for up to two years afterwards so that we can pick it up again if you come back. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our use of it, and complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. Write to the contact above.
Client data
Do not send customer, policy or claims data through this website. Client data is handled only inside the agreed environment under a data processing agreement, as described on the How we work page.
