Built in Nairobi, for how this market runs.
AiCare was founded in Nairobi in 2020 through Antler and started with telematics: Kenya's first pay-per-kilometre motor cover and the driving-score model behind it. Product by product, the lesson was that the value sat in the systems around the data. The company now builds those systems: a core for general, medical and life business, the product launches that run on it, and membership administration for organisations that fund care.
The team works from Nairobi. It is backed by Antler and by Mobility54, the venture capital arm of Toyota Tsusho, and came through BimaLab in 2021, the insurtech accelerator run by the Insurance Regulatory Authority at the time and now by FSD Africa.

Tell us what runs your book today and what it cannot do. We come back with a written view of what would migrate, what would be configured and how we would stage it. If it makes sense, the next step is a demonstration on scenarios shaped like your own portfolio. Sanitised cases are fine; no customer data changes hands.
